I was looking for something more minimalist for our fireplace mantle decor for the summer. I really wanted to try to find 4th of July decorations, but truth be told, I just didn't have the time this year. Hopefully next year I can get around to make our mantle decor more "summery" but I did want to share with you all what it looks like for a few more months until we get to bust out our fall decor (yay!).
As you can see there really isn't much to it but I absolutely love it! I shared a few posts back how we did our faux shiplap mantle wall you can see that tutorial here. I love how bright all of the white makes the room. The basket and candlesticks I got at a yard sale for less than $10 a piece! The wreath is from Target (their boxwood wreaths are fantastic! I currently have 2 and am going to be getting another very soon!) The number 7 sign I believe is probably a vintage gas station price sign, but I picked it up at a local vintage goods market, which is seriously my new favorite place! The number plates are handmade. I bought them from someone local but they are very simple! She just took chargers and spray painted them white. Then she used a circuit machine and put the number decals on them. Although I do love my mantle right now, I am seriously dreaming of pumpkins already and can't wait to decorate it for fall.
Would love for you to share links to your mantle decor! Enjoy!
