What a busy weekend! But it was such a good one!
Saturday was miss A's birthday so we spent the day having fun and celebrating. She got to open a few gifts, enjoyed cupcakes from her favorite place, Nothing Bundt Cakes, had a water balloon fight with her brother and got to spend her first night at the fire pit roasting hot dogs and making s'mores! It was definitely a good day and we made the best of it with all of the social distancing going on.
I also managed to squeeze in a few hours on Saturday to do a little DIY project I've been wanting to do for a while. I will share a full tutorial on here soon, but for now here is a sneak peek at the wallpaper and board and batten accent wall I put up in A's room! I love how it turned out and it was so easy!
Sunday I completed a few more projects that I have been putting off for forever and I am so glad I did!
The Nashville map sign that I ordered off Etsy 6 months ago finally got printed and framed and I love how it turned out. Such a cheap and neat way to add character to your home!
Shoutout to our local yard sale pages I scored 7 of these poster size frames for $25! I am going to get white background to go behind their artwork instead of black, but I was too excited not to go ahead and get them put up! I love displaying the kids art work and I can't wait to add to their collection!
Hope you all had a great weekend!
