Social Distance Birthday Party!

We had been planning the kids birthday party since January. Had the theme picked out, a bounce house booked, all the party gifts purchased, invites printed and sent out. Then Covid 19 came along and I knew I had to figure out a way to still make their party special. So that's when I came up with a social distance birthday party!

We sat up a table in front of our garage with goodies we had made for their party. We then let everyone who was invited know that they were welcome to stop by and pick up a goodie bag (one person at a time of course!). Presents were left on the porch and their friends sent us pictures and videos of themselves enjoying their goodies. We had cake and ice cream with immediate family to celebrate.

It turned out to be a hit and their friends loved it! It may have been totally different than we had pictured but we still had a great day none the less! I can't believe our party animals are almost 3 and 7 now!

In case you are looking to have your own social distance party animal birthday, I will share a list of where I got the decorations!
